United Bulgarian Bank (Bulgarian: Обединена българска банка, Obedinena balgarska banka, abbreviated ОББ, UBB) is a Bulgarian bank founded in 1992 through the merger of 22 regional banks, marking the first and most large-scale consolidation in Bulgarian banking. Privatised in 1997, it has a network of 123 branches worldwide and is one of the leaders in the market in the country, particularly strong in the credit cards sector.
UBB has a Fitch Ratings long-term rating of BBB ("stable") and short-term rating of F3 ("fair quality"). Standard & Poor's' valuation is BBB- long-term and A3 short-term.
